These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website services provided by Bindingstone Digital, a Bindingstone LLC company ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide custom website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services for professional service practices. Our services are described on our website and in communications with you.
2. Pricing & Payment
Our subscription service costs $349 per month. A 14-day free trial is available. No setup fees. No long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time. Payments are processed through Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
3. Website Buyout
Current subscribers may purchase full ownership of their website for a one-time payment of $4,999. Upon payment, all source code, content, and assets become your property. We provide no ongoing support after a buyout unless a separate agreement is made.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
We create original content for your website. While you are an active subscriber, you have a license to use all content we create. Upon buyout, full intellectual property rights transfer to you.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline within 30 days. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
